Oh my! You should definitely look up some anatomy tutorials, your characters look like they were thrown into a garbage disposal. Not to insult you or anything, but it's definitely something you shouldn't put off.

… uhm alright, I guess I can practice anatomy I might use a different tutorial
here's a few suggestions
1. try practicing anatomy
2. try tracing (to help you better draw stuff) like landscapes or just people
3. maybe try doing art-trades with people, (because in my experience drawing what other people suggest could help you get better at art, it helped me)
4. try drawing stuff at different camera angles
the things that i suggest is stuff that help me get better at art although i would probably do the art-trade one last.
